Return Policy
Our 30 Day Return Policy
- The warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper installation / operation.
- Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being "blown or burned". Subwoofers and speakers will not be warranted against any of the following damages:
- Burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.)
- Punctured or damaged surrounds.
- Broken speaker terminals
- Bent, chipped or broken frames
- Ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Shop Bargain Works shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned product.
- Due to the level of difficulty for car alarm and amplifier installations, both products may only be warranted if installed professionally. Proof of installation may be required for warranty claims.
- Subwoofers and speakers submitted with any of the above issues will be considered out of warranty and returned at the customer's expense.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
Manufacturer's warranties are covered in full by the manufacturer for the period listed within the product manual. Product's may be sent to the nearest manufacturer service center for repairs to be completed.
- Warranty periods depend on the specific manufacturer and product.
- Due to the level of difficulty for car alarm and amplifier installations, both products may only be warranted if installed professionally. Proof of installation may be required for warranty claims.
- Enforceable only by the original purchaser.
Payment Methods
PayPal: Very easy and safe method of paying for your orders. There you may use Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card and Debit cards, as well as e-checks. We ship to PayPal confirmed USA addresses only that is linked to your PayPal account. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the payment through PayPal.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a US bank, and we ship to a verifiable US billing address only. Orders to Puerto Rico who wish to pay by credit card may only do so via PayPal with a confirmed address. If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your credit card billing address, please use the customer service toll-free number on your credit card to request an "alternate shipping address". This will expedite your order more quickly. We do reserve the right to refuse shipping to any alternate address at our discretion. Shipping to your billing address ensures the fastest processing of your order. Note: we do not ship to an alternate address that is in a different state than the billing address.
Cashier's Checks/Money Orders: We accept Money Orders and Cashiers' Checks issued by a US bank and in US currency. We also accept postal Money Orders. We will email you all the instructions necessary to make the Cashier's Checks/Money Orders payment. Note: Credit Union checks that don't specifically say 'Cashier Check' are considered regular company checks, and will be treated the same as Personal Checks.
Google Checkout:
Google Checkout is now accepted! Please see Google's terms and conditions for full details. We can only ship to the address associated with your Google Checkout account.
Orders
Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Cancellation:: If for any reason you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service dept. by Live Chat or email us at sales@shopbargainworks.com. "Special order" items, may be assessed a cancellation fee. When an order has already been shipped, our regular return policy will take effect.
Merchandise shipped by trucking company CANNOT be cancelled or refused once shipped. Returns for refund or exchange are NOT accepted (we may refuse your return or charge for return shipping).
International Orders: We do not ship internationally. Only the U.S. and its territories.
Shipping
Most 'in stock' items will be shipped the within two business days. We use a variety of shipping methods that are offered by several shipping companies.
UPS: We use UPS Services for daily pickups of our shipments. We offer all their services, from 'Ground Service' to 'Next Day Air Service' (where available). Our UPS shipping charges are calculated by our 'shipping calculator', and they are the exact amount that will be added to your order.
Note: UPS services are all for M-F deliveries. Saturday deliveries incur an additional charge and you must contact us for a quote.
Motor Freight: We use this method of shipping for items that are either excessive in size or in weight, and are only available to the lower 48 States within the continental USA.
International Orders: Shipments to international address are always higher than to US domestic addresses. We use both UPS and USPS for international orders. Please contact us for availability and cost to your destination.
Damaged Shipments: Should your shipment arrive damaged or abused in transit, it is best to refuse it and make a notation of that fact with the delivery person. Please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service Department by Live Chat or email support@shopbargainworks.com.
Use the map below to determain approximate UPS ground ship times. We have not control nor take responsibility of delayed shippments due to UPS.
