Purchasing a RepairMaster Service Plan is one of the smartest consumer decisions you'll ever make. Even the best products can eventually malfunction and minor repairs can cost hundreds of dollars. By purchasing a RepairMaster Service Plan, you won't have to hassle with unexpected repair bills.

Most manufacturer-limited warranties leave you with no protection against the rising cost of repairs after the first year of ownership. The RepairMaster Extended Service Plan from Warrantech can extend your coverage for four additional years after the conclusion of the manufacturer's warranty.

All plans are fully insured by an insurance company rated "Excellent" by A.M. Best. You will never have to pay for parts and labor of any covered repair during the term of the plan. Service representatives are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day via toll-free number for questions and service. In the event that your product can not be repaired, it will be replaced at no cost to you.
 
These contracts are inclusive of the manufacture's warranty.  These contracts cover all car audio and video products, including GPS. One SKU can be used to cover system purchased on the same invoice and under the correct price tier. Any component maybe replaced one (1) time if not repairable.

  1. Plans provide coverage for up to 5-years on most products:
    Manufacturer-limited warranties leave consumers with no protection against the rising cost of parts and labor. Most of our Service Plans offer the opportunity to obtain coverage for up to 5-years from product date of purchase (with the inclusion of the manufacturer’s warranty).
  2. Fully Insured for Parts and Labor:
    RepairMaster Service Plans are fully insured by an insurance company rated “A” by A.M. Best. This reflects the insurance company’s “excellent” ability to meet its claim obligations.
  3. Nationwide Service Network:
    RepairMaster provides a nationwide network of factory authorized service centers.
  4. Repair or Replace Promise:
    In the event that a product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced.
  5. No Deductibles or Hidden Charges:
    RepairMaster will pay 100% of all covered parts and labor charges – without any hidden charges.
  6. Toll Free and Web Chat Support:
    RepairMaster provides a toll free number, 1-800-292-7726, 7 days a week 24 hours a day, for questions regarding the Service Agreement or if the product needs repair. Web Chat service online is available at www.myrepairmaster.com/service that allows customers to communicate, real-time, with a Customer Service Representative.
  7. Food Loss Protection for Refrigerators and Freezers:
    RepairMaster will reimburse up to the limit of five dollars ($5.00) per cubic foot of storage space per calendar year for any food spoilage resulting from a covered failure. Request for service should be initiated within 24 hours from discovery of refrigeration failure. Coverage begins on date of purchase.
  8. Power Surge Protection:
    RepairMaster covers the failures resulting from a power surge caused by power outage while the covered product is properly connected to a surge protector approved by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (not required for Major Appliances). POWER SURGE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGES CAUSED BY IMPROPER INSTALLATION OR CONNECTION TO AN INCORRECT POWER SOURCE. Coverage begins on date of purchase.
  9. No Lemon Guarantee:
    If three (3) service repairs have been completed for the same problem on an individual component of the covered product, which first began after the manufacturer’s warranty period had expired (“Qualifying Service Repairs”), and if that product component requires a fourth (4th) repair for the identical problem as determined by us, we reserve the right to replace the covered product with one of equal or similar features and functionality, not necessarily same brand, not to exceed the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping, handling, and taxes. Once a product is replaced, the service agreement is considered fulfilled and we shall have no further obligation to provide service under the service agreement. Preventative maintenance checks, cleaning, product diagnosis, customer education, accessory repairs/replacements, computer software related problems, and any unauthorized repairs done outside of the United States are not considered repairs for the purposes of the NO LEMON GUARANTEE. Repair services performed while the Product is under the manufacturer’s warranty period are not considered Qualifying Service Repairs.
  10. Technology:
