Shipping Policy

• Orders placed before 11:00am M-F typically ship same day.
• Some orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
• We do not process orders over the weekend.
• Shipping rates may increase for items that are considered by the carrier as oversized, overweight, or require special handling of any kind.
• Refused or undeliverable orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded
• Shipping carrier may differ based on buyer's location or seller's discretion
• No third party billing offered

When checking out, you will have the option to select a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are very depending on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically calculate during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Shipping Exceptions:

Customers are responsible to notify us if they do not receive an item or if tracking info on the item shows a problem. Once a customer notifies us about a shipping issue, we will contact the shipping carrier to begin an investigation on the package.

Customers are not liable for shipping charges if the incorrect item was shipped or if an item has been found to be damaged or lost in transit by the carrier. Refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued after a claim has been filed, and approved by the carrier and Shopbargainworks.com has received final confirmation of the claim.

Return Policy  

30 day return policy on all items. Items cane be returned for refund, exchange, or merchandise (store) credit within 30 days from the original ship date.

The cost to return merchandise to Shopbargainworks.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items being returned must be shipped freight prepaid and double-boxed with the Return Authorization number displayed on the exterior of the shipping box.

• Restocking Fees: All returns for refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

• Refund Eligibility:  To qualify for a refund, the merchandise must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in good condition (no rips or writing on the original manufacturer's packaging and documentation) with all originally included accessories.

1 year defective exchange warranty on most new items (see product listing for full details)

These items must be returned to Shopbargainworks.com, not their original manufacturer.

All defective returns are tested and if no problem is found item will be returned to buyer at buyer’s expense.

The cost to return merchandise to Shopbargainworks.com for refunds, exchanges, warranties, and DOA products is the sole responsibility of the customer and any charges, taxes, duties, or fees associated with the return shipment will not be reimbursed. If defective product is repaired, it will be returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received.

• What's not covered:

Warranty will be considered VOID if the item shows any signs of the following: misuse or abuse, missing serial numbers, missing factory packaging, missing parts, etc...

Warranty service will be refused if serial number of unit does not match that of serial number sold by ShopBargainWorks.com

Submitting items for warranty in any of the above conditions will result in refusal of any associated warranty requests and return shipping will be charged to have item returned at customer's expense.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.

Terms & Conditions

We strongly encourage professional installation of any electronic devices.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.

We do not offer technical support on installation, or trouble shooting.

We are not responsible for any damage caused by defective products or loss of use, uninstall/reinstall charges that may be incurred due to defective products.

Shopbargainworks.com shall not be held liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and re-installation charges associated with defective or returned product. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.

In no event shall Shopbargainworks.com, their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

Errors on our website

Despite our efforts to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, complete and current, there may be instances when information about a Product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the Product's price or availability. We make no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Limitations and exclusions

Online sales are intended for, and limited to, personal use and domestic sales only. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
